Orders may be placed with Elle's Costume Jewelry via email only.

Items are shipped insured through the U.S. Postal Service. COD delivery is also available; for information on this and other shipping options, please contact us. Our regular shipping charges are as follows:

$3.75 for orders between $1.00 and $50.00
$4.60 for orders between $51.00 and $100.00
$5.50 for all orders over $100.00

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment must be in the form of a personal check, cashier's check, certified check, or money order, made payable in U.S. funds to Eleanor Goosens. Credit cards, checks without a pre-printed name and address, business checks, and cash are not accepted. Items will not be shipped until the payment clears our bank. Personal checks take anywhere from three to ten business days. All other forms of payment clear within one day.

All customers are solely responsible for reading, understanding, and agreeing to the terms of our disclaimer prior to making a purchase.

We strongly feel that the jewelry listed on our site is accurately described, well-pictured, and fairly priced. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase after receiving it, you may return it. The following restrictions apply to all returns:

You must call or email us for confirmation before returning an item.
All items must be returned within three days from the date you receive them.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted outside of the three day time frame.
Items must be returned to us in the same packing and manner in which they were sent to you.
Damaged or otherwise altered items will not be accepted for return.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage; COD returns will not be accepted.
Your full purchase price will be refunded on valid returns, minus the cost of postage.
We inspect all returned items to determine if they meet our standards for acceptable return.
Your refund check will be issued after the returned item is received and approved.
